So this is my life in a nutshell for the next few months. I like this plan and it’s geared to train me to meet my goal time of 4:30 (10:18/mile pace). I’m currently running more miles per week now then the first few weeks of the plan so it’s going to be almost a mini-break when training starts. Week 10 is where I start to get outside my comfort zone. Wish me luck!!
