My Fav Superfoods

Now that you’ve read {The Basics} you know how important it is to feed your body as naturally as possible.  This is just a list of my favorite,  can’t live without, unadulterated superfoods.  As time goes on I will explain what makes these foods so super, but for now, a list will have to do.  So drum roll please…and in no particular order (other than alphabetical ‘cuz that’s how I roll)…I present my favorites:
